Avoid at all costs, disgraceful behavior won’t be buying from them again. They delivered without taking payment, I have been calling but they haven’t answered. On realizing they rang my husband and threatened him “we know where you live” Words fail me

We ordered two sofas from Rooms, we were given a reasonable timeframe on when they would be manufactured and delivered - the timeframe was spot on, the delivery team ensured our house was kept clean by placing sheets down wherever they would be walking and the staff at Rooms talked us through all we needed to know about the sofas, including guarantees, the stuffing in the pillows and cushions, etc. - faultless service, have recommended to friends and family, and will no doubt be coming back despite it being an hour away.
Spent about 1800 here on various pieces of furniture including 2 dining chairs. After opening the box we found out they were the wrong ones. Contacted Rooms on this matter and told that they would order the correct ones. A MONTH later after several pesters I was told they were ready. I asked to pick they up at the store and they agreed. I got to the store and the chairs were wrong yet again and I'd have to wait another week. Very, very annoying. Especially as I'd driven an hour round trip for this. Think they need to take on more staff to deal with customer service. Will be making second thoughts about where I go to furnish the rest of my house in the future.

I bought a divan bed base and mattress that I’d seen on Rooms Facebook page. It was a really great deal. I phoned on Thursday morning and paid for the bed in full (I was given the option to just pay a deposit) the bed was delivered the following morning! Great service from the sales staff to the delivery men. I’m extremely happy with the bed and mattress. Highly recommend.
