From start to finish this company was professional, patient, and extremely helpful. I wasn't sure what size of a pavilion I wanted. I didn't know what design, wood type, roof type, or even if a pavilion would work for my venue. Michael spent endless hours with me, to perfect my vision. Mervin spent hours organizing crews that worked with my schedule and the weathers schedule. When the guys came to build the structure, they were very kind, considerate and personable. AND it only took them 2 and a half days to put it up! Impressive from start to finish.

We bought a Pavilion from Backyard Showcase and they installed it. Service was right on schedule. The quality of the workmanship is beautiful. It is well done, finished and trimmed wonderfully. The 2 workmen were polite and thorough. The clean up was complete. They left the yard exactly the way they found it. We are 100% satisfied. We are happy with our decision to go with Backyard Showcase. We would not hesitate to buy another item from them if the need arises. My wife and I highly recommend them.

My backyard pavilion is gorgeous. Cannot wait for it to be a little warmer so I can enjoy it. This company is very professional. Showed up on time and worked straight thru in 30 degree weather to complete our job. They cleaned up the entire yard before they left. If there was 10 stars they would get it!!!
