Been using this carwash for years, always a good clean with an attention to detail, every now and again you may have to point out a bit they've missed, but in the 3 years with a wash every two weeks, I could count the number of times on one hand. I've tried a few of the others, but this is my first choice in Bedford.

The hand wash itself I would rate 4.5 stars. The work they do at the speed they do it is impressive. They are consistent but every time I go, they don't look happy and rarely smile which is off putting. I gave a 2 star because of the final person I dealt with today (14/09/20 at 13:30) which kind of ruined the experience for me. I should have paid 17 for a full clean inside and out, I ended up paying 19 as the person purposefully short changed me with a 10pence piece instead of a 2 coin. I noticed as driving away but was on a call (car speaker) so ignored the obvious disregard for business ethics. Not the end of the world but tut tut to that final man who is not helping the business. I will use my local car wash next time.
