My son fell an broke his arm at school after going to the ER thay recommended DR Vess. We didn’t even get to see the doctor he would not see us until he had the school’s insurance information. I offered to pay thay would not except unless I had insurance! He proved to me that he dose not care about his patients. he just cares about your money! I would not recommend!

Dr. Vess is extremely professional with a great bedside manner! He operated on me January 15, 2018. The results are amazing. Total hip replacement, on my feet the next day. He chose the correct procedure for my active lifestyle. Longer recuperation for better gains going forward. He and his nurse Marci are a team that can’t be beat. He has also operated on my husband three different times, three different procedures. He is not knife happy. He works with you to find the alternative that best suits your personal needs for the long haul. I would recommend him to anyone with orthopedic problems.
In 2014, I went to dr vess for an ACL repair. After wasting 50 copay for a visit, he informed me he couldn’t perform the surgery and referred me to another surgeon. After a car accident I’m having issues with the same knee, unrelated to the ACL. My original surgeon has moved away and doesn’t take my insurance. I asked Dr vess if he would look at my knee, and even gave him the notes and mri proving the ACL is intact. He denied me. I got a referral from my pcp, and was still denied. Had he known how to do his job in the first place I would’ve never been sent to another special in the first place.
