With this pandemic customer service seems to have gone straight out the window, HOWEVER yesterday while at this Kroger location, in the meat department, a young man named Jourdain, saw me standing there looking and asked me if I needed help. I about fell on the floor. I told him, I was ok, I really didn't know what I was looking for and he just said to just let him know if I needed help finding anything. I know this is a simple statement, gesture, but during these times it just meant so much!

Growing up going to Kroger was always a treat. Great customer service and great selection. Today I waited over 20 minutes for someone to blow up birthday balloons. No one came, no one apologized for the wait, and I walked out without my balloons. Your service sucks, Kroger. I won’t be back.

I would love to rate this store higher because of their product but dang the bathroom's cleanliness is usually nasty. People are super.

Store has gotten pathetic due to rude workers. Checkers making political comments, as well as telling someone who is involved in pig rescue to buy some delicious bacon. And then proceed to tell me how he butchers his own. Go to IGA, staff is much nicer.
