Been there several times in the last years. IKEA quality, that you can easily recognise in products, store management and in the way the staff interacts with customers. Love it or hate it. Prices are ok compared with the overall quality.

Great customer service and no queues at entrance or check out, but has the typical very long snaking walks to get to where you want to go.

Very clean and easy to navigate. Only a few people speak English, so if you don't know what you're looking for I'd suggest brushing up on your Italian! Love that it's attached to a shopping center as well. Very convenient!
