Always use US Park when I am flying out of Detroit. Have never had any problems. This time around they were very fast and they were even there waiting when I came outside to the pick up area. Even when I have had to wait, it is never long. A bus will show up in no time. Employee driving buses are always friendly and kind, especially the lady I had tonight. I only took off one star because it is expensive, but still cheaper than the airport.

I received such respect and professionalism and humanity from all the employees (five total!) that I came across during my recent USPark experience on Tuesday, Feb 2, 2021! My car battery was dead when I returned from my trip. The driver did not drive away....she and her two coworkers problem solved with me. They offered to take me to the local gas station for further assistance, let me (and my son) wait in their break room and were just all around empathetic and very efficient. I was impressed with their genuine care for my success in getting my car started. The cashier and another employee in the break room were friendly and engaging. FYI-the next day I replaced my battery- phew!
This was my first time ever using any parking service and I didn't know what to expect. First, the place was easy to find. I was directed to a lane to park and the bus came up behind me and was ready and waiting. Upon return, I called about the pickup location and there was a bus already there. The bus drivers were very friendly too. I misplaced my tag where my vehicle was parked, so the driver patiently took me around and we finally found it. Easy checkout too.

Parking is always great; shuttles are quick. The loyalty points program is a mess. You get a card, register your account but can't make reservations from the parking software website in order to get any points. The regular US Park website indicates 11 per day if you book online; 12 per day if you're a walk in. I booked online then called US Park to see how I could get my loyalty points and was told that I won't get them because I booked online. I said that it was cheaper to book online though correct? She advised yes but that I could go online and get a coupon to use as a walk in. So I paid the same price registering online and have a reservation instead of worrying about there being enough space but I can't get points? The loyalty program is just for walkins?
