U-pack was so easy to use and it was just what we needed to move from NYC and DC to Michigan. All of the staff and locations were very helpful and responsive and the delivery guys were really skilled in moving the pods to where we needed them. All of our stuff arrived in tact and just when we needed it.

Everything about our experience with U-Pack was excellent. They were cheaper and much more efficient than U-Haul. We were moving my son's stuff from Michigan to Colorado. The timeline they gave was exactly what we got. Everyone I spoke with in customer service was polite, professional and extremely helpful. The driver that dropped off and picked up the ReloCube was awesome. It was all just amazing! I am so thankful that their ad showed up on Facebook after I had interacted with U-Haul. I have recommended U-Pack to a lot of people already. They exceeded our expectations.

Used U-Pack for a move from Michigan to Illinois. Much easier than trying to find someone to drive a huge truck, and the pricing was very competitive. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional, and the pods were dropped off and picked up on time in both locations. My items arrived undamaged and just as I had packed them. Would highly recommend.
Everything in storage ruined. What items weren't soaking wet and covered in mold were broken in a million pieces.
