Dave is great guy. Honest through the whole process. Very fair pricing and even years after getting my new furnace he was been just a helpful whenever I needed a question asked. Recommend his work and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Would give 6 stars if I could.
Always excellent service, on time and professional
Dave just replaced my furnace and air conditioner. I called him to give me a quote after seeing how most of his reviews mentioned his honesty. Well, let me add another one! Most of the other companies I got quotes from tried to sell me bigger units than I needed at of course higher prices. Dave did a calculation and determined a smaller size would work fine, and was the only one to point out that if my unit size were upgraded then my duct work would be too small and would need to be increased in order for me get benefit. No one else mentioned this. He also did not try to sell me an expensive “maintenance” plan on my brand new units that are under warranty anyway. He was patient and answered all my questions, educating me on how the units work in as much detail as I wished. He even pointed out little cosmetic things that would result from a change in size of the footprint of my old furnace vs the new one. He clearly has the knowledge borne of extensive experience. The installation was completed on time and everything is running great. I feel that I got a fair price and great service and would highly recommend RTB Mechanical.
I had a failing furnace and gave Dave a call to come take a look at it. He came out to take a look the next day and let me know what was going on. He ended up letting me know what was going on and what it would take to fix or replace it, even though one of the options would have required him to pass me off to someone else and loose him money. I ended up deciding to let him repair it and he did a fantastic job, and cheaper than I expected from my research. Thanks again, Dave!
Dave was amazing. Responded Right away, answered any questions I had and came out and fixed the problem around my schedule within a day. Very professional and knowledgable. He gained a customer for life. I would highly recommend!
I couldn't be happier with RTB. He replaced my furnace quickly, efficiently and was thorough in details, helping me make decisions that fit my house and my budget. This year we have had to call dave twice this year. Once for the furnace and the other for the air conditioning. Both times he arrived when he said he was going to and he fixed the problem quickly. I find his price is very reasonable and Dave to be very honest. Thank you for your help.
