Clean. Simple. Useful. Parking lot paved, and decent size. Easy to find with GPS. Includes men's and women's bathroom. Small stage in the corner on the right after entry. There's a foyer, so it blocks the wind. Kitchen included. Bring your own broom to clean after you're done. Idk if they found one; we couldn't at first. By 5-point road, no police bothered us (black event); it was peaceful. I recommend this location for cabarets, parties, or any event. Nice enough for a wedding reception too.

My family and friends use the progressive hall for all major and minor events. The kitchen is always tiddy and open to the guests. They have a beautiful bar area and wonderful bar tenders. The place is nice with beautiful wood paneling. They have plenty of bathrooms, in the front and back of the room.
