We ordered a 1,800 mattress and box spring. Expected in 5 days according to the seller. After over a month of waiting and seeing tracking move our product in the wrong direction to another state we canceled the order. We really wanted our mattress so we reordered with the promise that it would be shipped UPS. It has been 19 days. We are about to cancel again before we make a payment and accept responsibility.

This place has no business shipping anything. I ordered a product that was supposed to of arrived two days prior. When it failed to show I inquired with the company from which it was purchased. After some leg work they descovered that the shipping had been switched to pilot. A delivery time was established for which I needed to be present to receive between 11-3. I took the day off of work to be home. At 1130 I received a call stating that they couldn't find my package and that it typically takes between 48-72 hours to locate a package on their dock. She then asked what the package looked like so they would know what to look for. All the while she's talking to me like this is my fault. If your a business looking to use this company for shipping, Don't. Their complete incompetence will reflect directly on you.

I have a Lowe's order and this was their shipper. After tracking my package it's been sitting here for over a week. I was told it will be put on a truck to deliver to my area as soon as there is a truck set up to deliver to my area. I'm only 10 minutes from this facility. I am always in their area. I was then told they don't deliver to my area. None of this makes any sense. I'm unable to pick up the package as well. How do these guys stay in business???

Horrible freight delivery service. Ordered my package a month ago and still have yet to receive it. When I call and ask where it’s at because their website is anything but user friendly, they tell me their freight tracking system has been down for over a week and don’t have an update. They have been consistently telling me I “should” receive my package the following day and that’s been going on for a week now. I was finally able to reach someone that called over to their California warehouse where my package is coming from and they stated my package hasn’t even left yet! Words cannot even express how horrible the customer experience has been. I’d give them zero stars if it were possible. Very disappointed.

ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE customer service - do NOT use! I ordered a king-size bed frame and the merchant used Pilot Freight Services for the local portion of delivery. My item came in and Pilot scheduled date/time with a 4-hour window for delivery without contacting me. I had to change my delivery to 4-days later because I was not able to take time off work on such short notice. The day of scheduled delivery, I tracked my order and it showed \out for delivery\. I was home from work by 11:00 AM to wait. I received a phone call from Pilot at 11:14 AM stating that they \could not find\ my item \in their docks so delivery would not be occurring\ that day. I explained once they located my item, I would need them to schedule an actual good date/time to deliver due to their mistake of misplacing my item and not informing me prior to and causing me to take a wasted day off of work. Instead they emailed me with a new delivery date/time 1-day later so I called and left a message for upper management to call me to discuss. Nobody ever returned my call and now I have delivery scheduled nearly 3-weeks out since I had to take time off work again. HORRIBLE experience!
