I gave them 4 stars because when the deliver to my job they are always super nice. They food is good too. The only negative is that it takes less time to pick them up then it does to get delivery. They need more delivery drivers

As much as we love the food, my coworkers and I can no longer order from here. Every time we have ordered over the past few months it takes a minimum of an hour to get our food delivered. We are less than a mile away. The last time it was 2 hours before we got our food. Freaky slow if you ask me.
We were so excited when this Jimmy Johns was built. It was in an area where there were not a lot of choices. For a while they were great, but the last 4 times I have ordered they have been a mess. I've not had a delivery in less than an hour and last time I had food missing. I know Covid has made things less than stellar these days, and that is why I kept giving this these guys chances, but at this point I have to give up. It should NOT take over an hour to drive less than half a mile. --Its a shame. I used to love ordering there and ate their food often.
Very good sandwiches. Quick and easy drive thru. And close to I-94.
