Staff are like zombies. The company doesn't care about the residents, the staff doesn't care about the residents. Rent goes up every single year, this month they charged me for 20,000 gallons of water, I have never used more than 3000, I attempted to explain that this was the volume of a large swimming pool like 18 by 30 by 4.5. This is the same as running the shower full blast 90 minutes a day for 30 days, they would not even listen to me. They told me I have a leaky toilet. I often will run the water on trickle if the temperature drops below 15 degrees for weeks at a time and it is only 3000 gallons a month. 20,000 gallons is not a leak, its a gush, it would be enough to make a nice sized ice rink FFS. The staff has never been kind, never remembered who I am, never smiled at me and asked how they can help after 5 years of living here. It's mostly the staff attitude and not catching a 230 math error that I care about, but also I'm not a mark, math is fun.
This is a an unbiased review because I don't live there, but on average I go there a couple of times a week for my job as an Inspector for the municipality. It is in a nice location for the Downriver area in Michigan, the setting is in the woods with many stores in the area. Also, of which is good, new homes are being added to their park and they are replacing old mobile homes with new ones constantly. Another great thing is they offer financing for new homes, which can help some people with trying to get their own home with lower credit scores. I am pretty sure that new 2 bedroom, 2 bath homes with most of the appliances start around 20,000 and up from there. I hope this helps out!
I just pick up something I bought from Marketplace but it is very pleasant the roads were nice it wasn't a beat up Mobile Home Park
