The ladies working customer service in Detroit are top-notch! I had to call back more than a few times to track a truck and spoke with Karen, Penny and Rhonda and they were all polite and helpful, and did not make me feel at all like I was bothering them. Job well done ladies, thank you!

TODAY A CARRIER MUST NOT ONLY DELIVER UNDAMAGED FREIGHT ON TIME,BUT THEY MUST ALSO DO SO WITH SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. FURTHERMORE I WAS TREATED BADLY WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COULD NOT GET A HOLD OF A MANGER OR SUPERVISOR.SAD TO SAY BUT NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH UNPROFESSIONALS, WHO DON’T UNDERSTAND THE VALUE OF CUSTOMERS AND ITEMS. THAT INCLUDES CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS WORSE.
