My first time visiting this clinic and I am VERY pleased! On the phone and in person everyone is genuinely nice and time efficient. From now on this will be my place of choice! I'll drive the 15 minutes no problem rather then 3 minutes to Van Buren urgent Care by my house.

I live 5 mins from this Urgent Care and I didn't know about this place until I looked them up for an urgent care closer to me. I've always gone to Taylor. Quick and easy, In and out, not a lot of wait time. Kind and my daughter really took to them. So happy with our service. Will be coming back if anything else comes up. Thank you.

I went in for covid testing for my daughter and I. No appt, fast service, and safe testing site. I felt better when I saw an air purifier in the testing room. I am always scared in any enclosed space with everything going on. Hope I don't have a need to go back but if I do it will be this urgent care center.

Today I arrived at this urgent care a little nervous. I have bursitis in my elbow and I'm a little unsure of the draining process and not too fond of big needles. Melinda, the receptionist, was excellent from the paperwork, x rays, and overall attitude. Dr. Josh was excellent as well. Extraordinary may be a better word to describe him and his practice. I highly recommend this location if you're into having amazing care.

The place was ok. The people working there were very nice and the girls who performed the test were even trying to help me out by suggesting I not get the Rapid Covid test. I decided to get it because the woman at the airline specifically told me the rapid test would work, but it didn't. THE PROBLEM I had with the clinic is that someone wrote my name down backwards on my information, so I WASN'T ABLE to create an account. I had a flight for 10 AM, but had to wait until 9 AM to phone UMed to find out that my name was put in wrong. I MISSED MY FLIGHT due to this error. So here I am sitting waiting an extra 4 1/2 hours for the next flight.
