Very friendly owner and staff who accommodated me without an appointment right before they closed. Everything was handled perfectly and they offer very competitive pricing.

Never had such an awful experience quite like today. Encountered the rudest, most un-equipped woman for any customer service job working the front desk, unfortunately same woman I dealt with the whole appointment. From rude comments, comments being made under her breath while I walked away, and an overall patronizing/belittling behavior, I wish I could give this even less than 1 star.
Should be zero stars, garbage employee service. If you can go anywhere else or convince your company to subcontract anywhere else, please do. The lady at the front desk was disrespectful, far from polite, and un-accommodating to say the very least.
I don't think I have ever been treated so rudely before. I hope she even filled out my forms right because she didn't answer any of my questions.
Elite has only been open for one year and has only received five stars reviews. Rightly so, Sonya the RN there is professional, knowledgeable, and just so awesome to work with. Readers, whenever you see any reviews that have low scores from two, three, or four years ago, just remember that Sonya at Elite Detection didn’t perform the service. Elite has only been in business one year and I’m sure Sonya will be around for a long time with the top notch service she gives.
