EcoSpect, in my opinion, is the best water-proofing company in NY. Their team of professionals are kind and know what they are doing!! If you are looking for a dedicated team of guys who will work hard to get the job done well for you and your family's health, I would call their project manager, Dave Crawford! He will give you a fair estimate and will schedule a team to come out and get the job complete for you, in no time!

The EcoSpect team has been amazing! From the actual work (effective, done carefully, clean, etc.) to the people (friendly, responsive, respectful of space, etc.) to the billing (easy peasy with multiple options) this crew has been A plus. Our basement flooding (1-3 ft of water a few times a year, a couple inches frequently) has been worsening for years. We have already sunk a lot of into fixes that all backfired. We got estimates from several companies, and the plan the EcoSpect had was far superior to the others. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth it and they work with a great financing company with zero percent plans. So far, it is doing the job and we have no no water coming in!
I had a good experience with EcoSpect. They came to inspect our basement, which had extremely high humidity. It was Adam who did the inspection, and he also took the time to look at other areas of the house we were concerned with. He set up a follow-up for a dehumidifier installation, and that was fast and easy. Best of all, it's working great and our basement went from over 80% humidity down to 50% very quickly. The smell is less terrible down there too. So far we are very happy with our dehumidifier. Since the previous owner of our house had a radon mitigation system installed by EcoSpect (coincidence), Adam also checked that it was working properly while he was here. I was a bit disheartened to learn that good dehumidifiers are pretty pricey, but it's really nice not to have to empty the bucket twice a day as we were doing before. It's much more powerful than our portable dehumidifier too, and takes care of the whole 1200 square feet basement. We are happy and recommend EcoSpect.
It's been a year since the initial installation. I was very happy with it initially, and still so. I'm very glad I had them service the system. Well worth it. The whole crew is professional, clean and efficient. After seeing the maintenance, I went with a new service contract. Great work. See before and after photos.
EcoSpect were first rate! They provided frank and honest advice during the initial assessment and consultation. Their pricing was competitive and far more reasonable than the other quote we received. We're very happy with the work they did on sealing up our crawl space in the basement and installing a proper dehumidifier. Highly recommended!
