I was wait on a package and when it was delivered, I didn't get a knock on my door or a text/call. Just left my package downstair for anyone to pick it up!!! Irresponsible!!

Easy in and out. Door is towards the end. Doesn’t have shipping and receiving on it. Dumpsters are in front of the door.

Couldn't agree more with ALL of the negative reviews for DHL -- which has proven itself inept (for this customer) from the USA all the way to Australia (and other points in-between)! The Romulus site as well! I'm no longer surprised that a certain \Orange President\ did so well in this state. Intelligence and good work habits walk hand in hand; and it would follow that bad work habits, etc. ...
