I worked for df for approximately 6 months as far as the office staff goes very respectful and worked super hard to accommodate me, with 33 years of otr experience i have zero tolerance for companies playing with my money always missing miles forgetting to add stop pay etc, I was always on the phone with payroll questioning this and always was told they put it on but someone else changed it, I believe this is the reason why that someone else no longer works there in the general management position, would I go back? Probably, miles were great they kept me busy and zero issues with dispatch or Chuck

This is by far the best company that I've worked for and dealt with. Of course there's always competition out there but I don't have any complaints. Pay is awesome miles are available and staff is understanding....
They promise you the world and don't even pay their employees.
new guy here, but I feel like a veteran. These folks have made me feel welcome and part of a team. The pay is regular and really good. I finally feel appreciated for my hard work and effort.
Escrow at this company once you leave this company they will not refund your escrow. I’m still fighting for my money and it’s been almost 2 years
I did worked for this company for about 1 month and so, seems to be good people however Orlando division don't know how to deal with Owner Ops issues main position Man irritate very easily when don't have answer of their mistakes, they like to manipulate the week cut and payments, have awful communication, At the beginning they will talk to you apparently with honesty but as the time goes by and every friday payment comes always there's something missing, so when you as an owner op come to talk they will take you off,out of the company just because you feel screw, in other words you can complain for staff that you might feel uncomfortable with. NOT REALLY A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK WITH.
Worst company in history of mankind This company will not pay you, They will lie to you, they will play games and give you the run around And you have to beg for some Fuel What company does that makes you beg for some fuel That's why I'm taking these thieves to Court!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
