Not sure why there are negative reviews. My parents have had alot of work done by Barrientos and everything has been fantastic. Quality of work is outstanding and they are also very timely and courteous...we will continue to hire them whenever we need work done. Their work is great, so I’m sure they are very busy people...but they always respond and get the job done. Mario has been a great help at making sure we are satisfied. My parents new driveway is beautiful, all of our neighbors love it.
Quality of the work was fantastic. However, this was the most unprofessional company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Our 2 week project has now stretched on to almost 3 months with no end in sight. Every interaction we are told what they think we want to hear to appease us then no contact for weeks on end. Had to contact credit card company to pull back a payment from them, still no repoonse. In short, if you have months to wait for quality work, this is the company for you but do not hold your breath with anything that is promised to you.
