Purchased my first van from these guys. Could not be happier with the service. Chris has gone the extra mile for me with sorting everything out and even doing extra work to the body of the van for when it gets delivered. Its been a pleasure using him. Cannot recommend enough! Customer service is top notch

1 star as not possible to put 0. Car ordered on line. Agreed with garage that the car would be fully prepared, checked and tested prior to delivery. Car dropped off with one key missing, no parcel shelf, no floor mats and in a shocking condition filthy. Insulting. Incompetent. Reverse camera is faulty. Radio not working. Garage offered me 50 refund to clean the car myself!?! No goodwill gesture, prefer to come and collect the car (sounds really dodgy!!!) See pics!

Great customer service and genuinely caring people. Imagine that and now imagine the car being better too. They're attentive with every little detail too. I really didn't mind making the journey to pick up the car. It was a good experience, appreciating it from the comfort.

What a great company! They purchased my car very quickly at a reasonable and good price. Everything was dealt with very professionally and I would highly recommend if you are looking to sell a car - don’t take a ridiculous price from the likes of the big online companies - sell to these guys.

We had an extremely negative experience dealing with Ridgeway cars. The car they sold us had a leaking sunroof and a engine fault. The leak soaked the car and ruined our baby daughters car seat. We let Ridgway try to fix the issue as they refused to take the car back. They had the car for over 3 weeks and was still sent back to us soaked in water. They refused to give us a full refund and they illegally have said they can charge for the miles we drove the car. They have only part refunded us and have the car. We are now taking legal action against them. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH RIDGEWAY CARS They will only communicate with you pre sale as soon as they have your money they don’t return calls or emails. Terrible experience.
