Nice little DIY store. Ideal for the little bit you need. Price is a little higher than some places but some quality stuff. Staff were friendly and relaxed. Bit cramped though for 2m or even 1m rules. Didn't see any antibacterial available on entry. Large till divider in place though. Would recommend.

It's taken me a long while to actually send in a review about this fantastic little shop in Romsey - but here it is now! I have lived in Romsey for 6 years and can honestly say, hands down, this is the BEST shop. What makes it the best? Firstly it's the staff. Every one of them is so knowledgeable and they bend over backwards to help you. Their customer service is second to none and secondly, every time I need something I think to myself \I wonder if Romsey Home Hardware do it ?\ And everytime they do, i.e. a particular tool, furniture paint etc. Recently Lindsey helped with an email enquiry I made about furniture paint as I couldn't get my usual one and she responded to my email and called me and was really helpful. The Manager, Steve, knows everything about everything and has so much useful advice, but I must say all the staff are equally as brilliant. So, thank you very much for the service and products you have provided over the years and every shop should provide a service as good as yours.
Very good shame not all staff have any or very limited knowledge of there products shame
