Well the range is good when the weather is good. If you get to know the kitchen staff a bit, you'll get good food. But you have to be in the Military to go there. Civi's stay away, you can't shoot.

Better of the two sniper rangers (the other being serial 65), this one has a three story tower and knock down targets out to 1,100 metres. There is a kettle here too!
