Clean building and friendly staff. We always check in when we are in the area. Never know what you might find. Great place to find picture frames and knickknacks.

The lady was nice but the prices were very high and they didn’t really have much except for clothes.

Overall for good will its okay, but compared to larger city good will, they dont have the deals, prices or selection. For local thrifts i prefer the second hand store in romney on main street.

Love the employees, they are good people. They treated me and mine like we were somebody. They saw a need and they helped my family more than they know. Great people that work there. Over priced on some of the items that are given to them freely. Yes I understand overhead and paychecks.

The cashier was pleasant enough but something is wrong with the prices here. It’s as if they think the people that shop there actually HAVE money and our purchases are simply to support the payroll but if that were the case, we would not be shopping at a store named “Goodwill” looking for a good deal on USED clothing. The signs with prices are quite misleading. Women’s “tops” have a sign saying “1.99 unless otherwise priced” yet there is no “otherwise” as there are no prices on the garments. When I went to checkout it turned out that literally 80% of the tops I’d chosen were considered by the cashier to be “blouses” & therefore would be twice the price at 3.99. If there had been a sign or something somewhere explaining this odd (and quite subjective) policy I could understand about some of them. However some of these “blouses” were pieces like a cotton walmart Faded Glory T-shirt but with a frilly neckline, a cotton t-shirt with some embroidered daisies, a cotton t-shirt with a sequin appliqué..nothing anyone would actually consider different than any other shirt, especially considering a “blouse” is by definition a woman’s garment “typically with a collar, buttons and sleeves”. I put a few back & accepted the double price for the rest, but at these prices I could literally just go to Walmart and buy new on clearance or go to Poshmark and get it delivered to my door. I got a pretty skirt for 3.99. Everything else was overpriced for a Goodwill. I certainly won’t return to this one unless prices are actually clearly stated & not decided by the person at the counter AND more like a secondhand store. An upscale vintage consignment shop, this isn’t. It just thinks it is.
