I have been leasing with Rak in Martin and Co for almost 2 years now, and I can honestly say he is the most reassuring and responsive agent I have ever worked with. Nothing is too much for him, and him and his team go out of their way to look after your best interest. If I ever need any estate agents in the future, I will be coming straight back to Rak. Very nice and trusty people. Moving to London and trying to rent a flat without having more than 2 months in UK is a difficult task. I think I was a lucky guy by finding them because in 2 weeks after the first discussion, I moved to the flat. They don't disturb you with anything and they are always there to help you(by phone and in person). All the needed documents can be send by email and you don't have to wait for confirmation because you will have it in no time. I'm very pleased of their services.
