I brought my car in last week for a Service and dealt with a lovely young lady called Mollie. She was very friendly, helpful, polite and informed me that due to self-isolation issues and staff covering the Service may take longer than expected. She kept me updated and helped me set up a Service Plan whilst we waited. I thought I’d write and say how fantastic her Service was as she explained she was covering from another site but she had good knowledge and was assisting the other gentleman when he was struggling with another customer in a calm and professional manner.
