Your first EURES job (YfEj ) aims to help young European workers find a job or an apprenticeship in a different EU country, and to help European enterprises recruit young workers within a larger territory. YfEj is a European recruitment service: its platform brings together the curriculum of young jobseekers coming from all 28 EU Member States + Norway and Iceland and interested in a professional experience abroad, and job/traineeship vacancies of European enterprises looking for young workers. It provides also various additional services: information support, financial support, language training, etc. The initiative is funded by the European Commission and implemented by ANPAL Italy. To participate in the initiative and benefit from our recruitment and support services, you must register on EUJOB4EU platform (http://www.yourfirsteuresjob.eu/en/eujob4eu). The requirements to participate are the following: For the jobseekers: - Nationality of a EU Member State + Norway and Iceland - Age 18-35 - Legally resident in a EU Member State + Norway and Iceland - Seeking a job in another EU Member State + Norway and Iceland For the employers: - Large-sized organization or SME located in the EU-28 + Norway and Iceland (also EEA country if legally established in EU) Regarding the work placement: - Minimum 6-months contract duration, full- or part-time work placement (no less then 50% full-time equivalent), minimum 3-months for traineeships - Be located in a EU Member State + Norway and Iceland other than the country of residence of the young jobseeker, - Comply with national labour and social protection laws and ensure adequate protection and benefits - Ensure pay and a written contract - For traineeships: provide on-the-job skill learning and training and provide proper vocational tutorial/mentoring More information on: www.yourfirsteuresjob.eu
