I had a problem with T-Mobile billing....an associate named Emily recognized the error very quickly and also FIXED THE PROBLEM very quickly....!! Totally satisfied....!! Emily works at the Rome, Georgia T-Mobile store at 205 Turner McCall Blvd. and she is excellent...!!
