Alyssa was Great with helping us especially when customer service over the phone was horrendous. We were in and out within 15 minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED going to the store where All the employees are super nice and Very Helpful and caring!

I like for the new location of spectrum is now because you can walk in and sign in and I have like cheers for you to wait for them to call you up to the desk. But the old location did not have too many parking spots or a big of a space but now they are in a new area it’s great now thanks

The person who assisted me gave me the wrong pswd on the motem. Then I had to call to activate modem which the lady couldn't do. So I transferred to another tech, patrick who was great. Found out that the label on my new modem, the network & pswd did not match the info for my modem. Thank goodness Patrick was able to help me identify the problem.

Although Mike was polite and helpful, you would think after opening a brand new office it would be adequately staffed. We waited 30 minutes to turn in equipment. This is unacceptable!
