Showed up when they said he would, early actually. Worked quickly. Friendly, professional, and honest. I called around a bunch of places and they were the cheapest by a good bit. Family owned business. If you can use them(open and available), you should.

Locked my key in my work truck, from the time I called till they had my truck open was under an hour. This place is a good family business with great customer service. Highly reccommend.
Had a very positive experience replacing the locks to a recently purchased home. I was a bit hesitant finding out that they were not a 24/7 company and the fact that the initial person I spoke to could not give me a price over the phone, but I was promptly given a call back and given a reasonable price. The final price ended up being less expensive than originally quoted. The tech communicated arrival time clearly and followed up as the time approached. I was also impressed that he turned all the key holes the right direction and even tightened the door handles that did have locks. Kudos to Benji, our tech, we'd use this company again.

My son was locked out of his Jeep Wrangler and they sent an incompetent technician who cracked the fiberglass hardtop on both sides and ripped up the rubber seals both driver and passenger doors scratching multiple areas of paint . When called to report the damage they claim they have no responsibility if they damage your car-call your lawyer. . Our insurance company will be subrogating against them for gross negligence . Unfortunately they had unlocked the same car once before with no damage . So they do have some good employees , just unethical management . It is best they stick to making keys .
