The technicians are knowledgeable and helpful and the office staff couldn't be nicer.
Had them here last year to work on a furnace. Decent experience so I call them back to support local business and they completely blow me off. The first call I received call back that their schedule was full for a few weeks so I call back after that and leave them three messages with no phone call back. The only thing I can think of is that some people's money is not good enough for them. Sad that people are this way.
Not happy with J & S at all. I have a 360 bill including a 90 diagnostic charge. I've never had service to the AC that does not include cleaning as this did. in all He probably worked about 20 minutes. Also he had no filter to replace mine. Making matters worse after I spent all this money he told me my system was junk and needed to be replaced. Why didn't he tell me that to start? I will never use them again.
I've been in this house for 11 years. These are the only people I have used for any heating / AC needs. Very prompt and reasonably priced. I have called them out for issues with my central air. Turned out my old unit was shot and needed replaced. They had the new unit in hand and installed within a week. This week my furnace was acting up and when he came to check it out we found it needed replaced (very old unit installed in 1990). He showed me what the issue was and tried to offer a temporary fix so I could save up to replace the unit. I called him back a couple hours later and told him we would like to just get the ball rolling on replacing it. Within 1 1/2 days they showed up with a new furnace and installed it. Both major replacements were done much faster than I expected and did not cost a penny more than the original quote. I will use J&S for all my HVAC needs as long as they are around. Very courteous and professional every time I have called them and every time they have been here.
