It was Awesome. At first we noticed that the meals and deals we were coming to get was one hour and 30 mins past time of the special..luckily our waitress was great and gave it to us anyway..that was a great move to show you care for your customers!!! We are TRULY Blessed and good vibes only!

My running group visits weekly. The staff is courteous and friendly. We request Susan when we go in and she is by far the best waitress ever.
Worst experience ever at this location. Called to be seated at our table at 3:32. A lady came to our table roughly 5-7 minutes after we were seated to get our drink order. We went ahead and gave her our food order as well. Drinks arrived after 15-20 minutes of waiting after she took our order. Another 20 minutes went by and no food. I questioned where our order was. The only response was ‘ we been busy”. Finally after waiting 50 minutes after taking our order was she started the “we been busy” talk. I asked why 3 groups of people who were seated after our group was had already got their food, ate, and left or were leaving. At this point she became very rude and hateful and seemed to care less about the situation. At this point, I asked to speak to a manager. She walked off mumbling that we could have a discount or something, but no manager. 59 minutes after being seated, the first 2 plates of food arrived. Roughly 2-3 minutes before the next and so on. A waiter started helping her trying to help us. She began to have that nasty attitude again. At that point, he took over her table and sent her to roll silverware. This waiter was great and did a great job taking care of us from then on. A discount or something like the rude / snotty waitress mentioned multiple times would have been nice for our trouble. We were the last ones in the building for over 20 minutes before our food started to arrive. We had to endure the smell of the mopping and cleaning chemicals they were using to shut down for the day in our section we were seated in before and during our meal. Won’t be back to this location, but thankful the young man that finally sent the snotty lady on and helped us to wrap things up. FYI... if any IHOP management reads this review, I would be happy to provide names of those individuals, and my transaction number for my meal. Also, have the text of when we were called to be seated.
We ate there last week and we had a waiter who took our order n didn't do a good job! It took a min longer before they came out with my friends order after me n my kids finished there but other then that food is good!
Just Had The Best Breakfast On My Birthday Here! From The First Minute Our Waitress Shanna, Came To Our Table, You Could Feel Her Genuine Care And Concern For Our Dinning Pleasure. She Was Very Prompt With The Smallest Of Our Requests Even While Serving Her Other Tables! She Answered All Our Menu Questions And Never Once Made It Feel Like A Bother. She Found Out It Was My Birthday And Had The Staff Sing To Me. It Was So Special And Unexpected That I Cried! You Don't Get Good Service Everywhere But When You Experience Excellent Service Like Shanna Gave, It's Awesome!! I Hope They Recognize Her For That Because I Could See It Wasn't Just Us That She Was Caring For! She Seemed To Be Spreading Her Magic To Every Table She Touched! Thanks IHOP For Kicking Off My Birthday!!!
