I didn't realize they don't scan items it's up to the individual cashier to put in your discount as far as the signs throughout the store that say 40 50% off. I caught the cashier a few different times not putting in the sale when I asked her why they don't scan things she said it's just up to us to remember because we've worked here so long evidently she didn't work there long enough

Judy Crib manager went above and beyond in helping my son get what he needed for a school project. Even though we showed up at 7:57pm and they close at 8pm. I told her if she didn't want us to come in I understood. She said nope its not 8 yet so come on. My son asked her if someone could help him and she obliged. Now this is what customer service is. Even when your customers, i.e. me, are douches and show up right at closing. You still help them. Hobby Lobby is the best!

HOBBY LOBBY IS THE BEST PLACE AMAZING. KIND, COURTEOUS, POLITE SERVICE WORKERS AND A QUIET ATMOSPHERE. A WONDERFUL HOME DECOR AND CRAFTS STORE.... PS:EVERY COLOR UNDER THE SUN T SHIRTS AT 2.99.... ALL SIZES. GREAT FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY AND GOOD PRICE FOR BACK TO SCHOOL CLOTHES!!!
