I took my laptop pc to Wes for a broken screen, keyboard, and updated OS. They do a 20 diagnostic fee. He got back with me on the diagnosis in only a day or two, kept me informed throughout the brief repair process, used factory parts, and the price was reasonable. It was a very positive experience.

I have been doing business with the Adam's family for several years. They do great work at a very reasonable price. They are always very fair and honest. I notice their only negative review is from someone who took their computer in to have a problem that they created fixed. Then took it home and fixed themselves. Why did they even take it in if they were able to fix it in 2 minutes?
