I found Aplus and Todd on Home Advisor. Man I'm glad I did. First after listing what my problem was, a leaky outdoor faucet. Todd called me at 10pm on a Friday night! He talked me through my issue, set up an appointment for the next day. Todd and two associates showed up ten minutes early to do the job! Nintey minutes later repair done. I really appreciate dealing with a professional who kept his word through the entire process. Price was more than fair, service was a 10 out of 10 stars! If you need help call A.

My name is Andrew Du, my wife and I are 2 young couples who just moved to Rome. We had this guy called Tod Thomas come to check a leak in our bathroom, he gave us an 1120 dollars estimate. So we paid him 560 to start the work. And then when the project is almost done, he told us that our house has more problems than he thought, and he had put his own money into the project so the price went up to 2700 dollars. As our house is old. We didn’t argue about the price and paid him. But 1200 vs 2700 that was a big jump. However, as soon as he got the paycheck and left. Our shower leak again. But when we call them, they said they are busy making money from other customers and couldn’t comeback to finish this project here. So we can only use a bucket to hold the water come out from the big hole in the wall after we paid 2700 dollars for couple days. And this Saturday morning, the worker came 2 hours late with our appointment. They said these will only takes about 20 minutes easy fix, and then he said he is going to buy some more materials, and never showed up again. I tried to call the contractor Tod, but he’s not picking up the phone anymore. I am glad that we use our college savings to buy a real life lesson, but I am not letting these guys to screw up more victims. I am now seeking lawyers to see what we can do in our case. If anyone who is thinking about hire this contractor, be ware of he gets called to the court. Don’t be cheated by those fake 5 stars reviews. Unless you want some one come to give you a fake estimate and then take away your money and leave you a broken wall, stay away from A Plus Services!
Todd and the workers came because I had no water since my well pump was blowing water into my basement through a hole in my pressure tank. They found a replacement tank and did the job on Sunday. We discussed my stinky sediment filled hot water tank, and they came back the next day to remove and replace the hot water tank. We have clean safe water and can actually fill the walk in tub for the first time in over a year!
I am VERY impressed with A Plus Services! Todd and Steve arrived at the appointed time. They were friendly, professional and had the water leak in the upstairs apartment diagnosed and repaired quickly. Steve even came down to my apartment and cleaned up the water that had leaked into my pantry! You can't ask for better service than that! Their bill was very reasonable, also. No more searching Google for good local service.... these guys deserve 5 stars, not 4 1/2!
todd and Steve came out when he said he would, he is a very nice guy, we had some great conversations as he explained why very well may have been the problem with my leaking washer, it this point it seemed to be the washer and not the pipes as I may have thought before so far so good He fixed it in a timely manor which I was greatful for, my neighbor does not have to worry about her pantry down below getting wet any more and loosing anymore food, they even went down stairs and helped her clean up the water that did go and leak down, I highly recommend this company if you have issues with your washer these guys are the men to call, thank you so much for your help (I did feel guilty if not offering something to drink) I hope you guy have a great day!
