I am looking for a genuine transaction and the Estate agent Romans (Ms. Lowis or Lois) expects me to send my mortgage details and agreement in principle to her PERSONAL email address and promised to delete the mail after she see's it before entertaining me. Looks like a scam operation under a legitimate business. stay away

Big heads up for Sarah George. That lady gets the job done, always step ahead the game sorting the stuff out. Very professional, always looking after you and your property. Hope you're lucky to have her as your property manager. 5 stars definitely
Very positive experience with Romans Reading so far, especially Sarah George. Sarah is always very helpful and responsive, she is very patient with all of the questions we as a new tenants have. She is very polite, understanding and professional. Thanks Sarah!
Very poor service, no support to tenants. They will paint the house to hide the mould issues and give you painted house. If you raise the mould issues with them then Romans will not send any contractor to repair the apartment OR resolve the issue. You will only hear the new date. Also will not help tenants to break the contracts. Eventually you will have to stay for minimum 6 months in health hazardous property. Not trustworthy. Very poor service and would not recommend anyone.
Had a smooth journey despite us shifting during the pandemic thanks to quite a few people in Romans, especially our property manager Sarah George for being responsive and providing us with the level of professionalism which we were very happy with! Looking forward to seeing you guys again soon.
