From the moment I started looking for a flat in Aldershot the staff at Romans were very helpful. Once I decided on a flat Tristan and Chloe helped me every inch of the way in submitting the paperwork. In the days leading up to moving in they kindly arranged for me to check the flat out between the tenancies. Having moved in Chloe, Charlotte and Jagdeep have been most helpful in resolving any issues that have arisen. An all around wonderful experience.

Looking at renting a property was not something I had planned for, so initially it was rather daunting. When I met Romans, I was full of stress, because I hadn’t found a house that met my expectations for over a month. They understood what I was looking for and I was able to move into the house after 2 weeks. I can say based on my experience the Team at Romans Aldershot have been very professional, self motivated and good team players. -I am an engineer and I know that customer service is very difficult because people’s expectations need to be handled properly. The Romans is the best suited for this. I would highly recommend them.
We decided to market our property in November and received a full asking price offer within a week of our house being marketed.
