Starting with the first discussion the person on the phone was very abrupt, impolite, providing short answers and incomplete information. I had to ask every time and how is this calculated, how will the boxing presentation be, if they would take cash or card and what is the delivery and pick up process. I had to ask all of these questions as they were only answering with yes or no or giving incomplete answers like 'the driver will call you and you will sort it out'. The driver never called and when I tried to call them all the phones on the website were turned off. I tried on messenger as well, asking about what happened and why wasn't, I called. The answer came back without saying Good afternoon, without we are sorry you were not called yet etc. They said 'I already told you the driver will call after 6:00 PM and when I mentioned no hour was actually stated in the previous conversation they said I didn' t pay attention!! And then added they have 20 years of experience. Well then I am sorry for all the customers that interacted with them as the discussion ended in no appologize received, of course I said that I don't need this kind of service and they ended the conversations with 'Do not contact us again.' A great business model and customer service what can I say..

Firma de încredere, personal de calitate, mașini bune!
Mama mea a mers cu ei si a fost groaznic, in 24 de ore au facut foarte putine opriri a cate 10 minute. Nu recomand aceasta companie!!
Am ajuns destul de repede dar foarte grăbiți șoferii, foarte puține opriri și nici un popas. Ptr o călătorie de 24 de ore e inadmisibil. Prima si ultima data.
Sunt foarte dezamăgit de serviciile firmei am avut două experiente negative cu acești angajați ai firmei. Am fost mințit de timpul de livrare al coletelor și cind am cerut un număr de telefon al unui superior mi s-a închis telefonul în nas și nici măcar nu știu cum sa intru în posesia coletului trimis de o saptamîna din Germania. Nu recomand sub nimănui.
Nu recomand aceasta firma pentru ca nu va duce la destinatie adiva la adresa .Eu sant din Focsani am plecat luni din Germania si am ajuns miercuri noaptea la ora 1si 20 minute la Barlad si de acolo un sofer pe nume Petrica de la aca societate nu a vrut sa-mi dea bani de taxi si a trebuit sa ma descurc eu.Deci nu ca societatea e prost organizata si soferi te pacalesc iti promit ca te duc la destinatie pana iti ea banii .Nu sant singura parasita am mai avu si din altae judete si asa ea lasat si pe ei in autogari dar ei find barbati leau dat bani dar mie nu tinand cont ca sant si femeie .
Am călătorie repede, șoferii cu care am mers au fost organizați și politicosi, voi mai apela la serviciile lor, cu siguranță!
