Upon arriving I greeted and the cashiers looked like they were upset. One of the cashiers kinda heavy set with curly hair was eating a taco and instead of greeting back a good morning all she said was \es puro cash orita\. To top it all off, the restrooms were dirty and the floors had aged gums on the floor. You can tell this place is neglected and needs proper attention from its employees. The only one who appeared to be in a positive mood was the lady preparing the breakfast tacos. I love stripes stores just not happy with some places that need to educate employees in hospitality and customer service. (Reguardless) they are getting paid for working.

Had a terrible experience today. Lady that was taking orders for tacos had a terrible attitude. I always request a different kind of cheese on my food and had never had a problem getting it. I noticed with the customer in front of me that the lady seemed frustrated. When I asked for my request, she said “we don’t have any”. I noticed that the other employee helping her just laughed and lowered her head. It’s clear that this person hates her job and needs an attitude adjustment. She should just leave and let someone who really wants to work take her spot. Wasn’t able to get her name, but I will update my post when I get it.

I'm giving it four stars only because of the Laredo Taco Company in here. Otherwise I'd give it three. Bathroom was kinda dirty.

Giving it a meh. I bought a bus ticket from this location, Roma to Corpus Christi... 50. We managed to get the truck running so I tried to return it and get a refund. Nope. I paid cash. Why wouldn't you refund me? Shove that 50-- I'll take my business elsewhere while in Roma.
