I went several time at this restaurant in the last 20 years and I was always happy. Running by the family Sabatino was somehow an obligatory stop every time I visit Rome and even almost an insider tipp. Since the owner died some years ago, the restaurant loose enorm an quality. The daughters who taked over are in my opinion from far able to keep the same level. The hospitality has become just standard, even rude. The quality of food is just average, nothing special anymore. The bill has become overpriced. The feeling I had by my last visit was to be cheated. Need in my opinion a full reset and new motivate management. I will avoid in the future as I don't want to risk anymore.

The restaurant situated in the heart of all the attraction you wanna see in Rome. Just a few minutes walk from The Panteon or Fontana d Trevi, Plaza Navona and more. All the products were fresh and the dishes had the warmth of home-made food. We had a pleasant dining experience with food of the most exquisite flavours. For this reason I highly recommend going to Ristorante Da Sabatino.
