Worst service in the world. Been on the phone for 30 minutes on a Thursday morning without getting an answer. Website is completely out-dated. Depressing to see such an important office run in such a terrible way.

The personnel here are damn useless. They just sit around and play with their computers & they're texting! They killed time. And the way they talk with people are sarcasm, as you are stupid person. This is what they call discrimination! Dumb asses!

Non andate senza appuntamento perche non vi faranno entrare 1 cosa! CONSIGLIO A TUTTI DI INSISTERE SIA TRAMITE EMAIL SIA SUL SITO DEGLI APPUNTAMENTI. IO DOPO TANTI TENTATIVI HO AVUTO LA FORTUNA DI AVERE L'APPUNTAMENTO E DI POTER RISOLVERE IL PROBLEMA. *PER CHI HA URGENZA PUÒ MANDARE UN POSTINO O UN CORRIERE DI FIDUCIA BASTA CHE ABBIA LA DIVISA, POTRÀ ENTRARE SENZA PROBLEMI E SENZA APPUNTAMENTI. GLI SPORTELLI SONO VELOCI.
