Air conditioning not working as of 27/7/2018. \Periodic maintenance\ means \permanently shut down\. Do not recommend in the summer months as it is unbearable inside.
Surprisingly cool ! While very old-fashioned, this museum is actually more interesting than most of Rome's classical museum. This place is peaceful, instructive and the price is not a scam (6). Moreover, there's an insane bird collection !
Amazing taxidermy. The dioramas are unique and quite well done. Shame that mosy displays are in Italian but still an interesting and insightful exhibition. If you're interested in nature, animals and zoology in general its definitely worth a visit. Spent a good 2 hours there!
No english explanations on half of the museum. Only audio guide which is not enough
