Good food, relaxed roof-top restaurant and helpful English speaking owner. We went to unwind after a day at the Vatican, got there around 7:00 and were the only ones there for the entire meal. On our own hearing from the bustle of the streets below us, with some tasty Italian food and wine was exactly what we needed that day!

A little bit hidden, you have to enter the orange hotel and then a lift to the 4th floor. The food is good, we took the carpaccio di manzo and pasta plus a lemon sorvet. The service was friendly and quite active bringing thinks for you to taste. Total price was 46.5. The said that the place is always crowded and fully booked at night, but at midday they barely have clients.
Very tasty, very friendly, not crowded by tourists. Nice view and very nice atmosphere. The cook himself gives personal recommendations. I would recommend it to everyone as a shall visit for dinner.

The food was nice, although a bit pricey compared to rest of the Time. Although it is on rooftop I would say location is so so. Plus the service is not that great as they try to market themselves.
