Traditional roman food, awesome quality and a very very fair price. Best traditional food I have had in Rome. I would definitely recommend. There is no English menu but the staff are very helpful and do give good recommendations.

Go early to avoid being disappointed! Had read the reviews from others and we didn't have time to book so we went when they opened. Got prime position at the open window. Greeted by the female hostess who took us through the whole menu in English. Food was absolutely delicious. Couldn't recommend the place more highly.
Very nice place, not touristic, with nice Roman atmosphere, cozy. Stuff is friendly and helpful. Carbonara with “mezzemanice” ,short pasta with holes, was delicious! Prices are friendly. Because place is not touristic there are not many people at opening hour (19:00), locals fill this place a bit later, so might even need a reservation.
Food quality was good! I had bread which was the best one I had lately, roasted chicken with potato, a glass of white wine. The waitress were friendly and helpful, she translated the menu to us. My roasted chicken cooked very well and juicy! The wine was good match to my meal too.
The best place for a real Italian lunch experience. The cuisine was just perfect, like your Italian mum cooked it
