We booked one shipment from Dubai to Italy.Today this shipment is came for delivery to customer premises. Delivery team they asked 50 Euros. Customer asked for the invoice. Surprisingly they took back the shipment they have no intention to give the invoice. Absolutely unethical business practices. AWB 131852651903

NEVER GO HERE to ship to US. We paid 153 euros to send a small box back to the states. They did not provide customs all the proper paperwork according to the shipping service. Package was returned to them. We contacted them for help and they never resent the package to customs. If I had the choice, they would deserve ZERO stars. UNTRUSTWORTHY.
I do not understand how anyone can give this postal service 5 stars. Not only did they never send the package that I paid about 200 dollars for, but the package got stuck in customs in Venice, and was sent back to this location in Rome after I had already left the city. I had contacted the man who helped with my package via WhatsApp, he assured me he was fixing the issue and would get the package to me but became very unprofessional within the chat, calling me \cutsie\ names and sending kiss face emojis, very strange. Needless to say, I never received my shipment, lost 200 dollars, and felt very uncomfortable as a woman dealing with the people who work there.
DO NOT GO HERE!! They are thieves. We used them to ship all the souvenirs we had purchased during our Europe honeymoon back to the US. They said they only took cash. According to the tracking number provided, it never left Rome. There were so many special things we bought, I am absolutely heartbroken. I don't understand how anyone can do something so horrible.
