Bought a ‘17 Escalade used March 2020. Finance person rushed paperwork. We bought GAP and used car warranty. Warranty was funded. But dealer/finance person never purchased the GAP insurance on our behalf as of August 2020, and GAP protection company had no records of funds or vehicle info, so I’m assuming dealer or finance person pocketed the entire GAP premium (fraud). Never let the sales team or finance talk you into GAP or warranty if you’re rushed for time! And get EVERYTHING in writing. Still waiting to see my money returned.

You buy a Rolls Royce only to find that they do not offer a loaner even if your car is going to be in the shop for 19 days. I have other cars but with the wife bing out of Country and COVID the least they can offer is a loaner. Secondly try to get their service department to answer a call or return a voice mail!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rolls Royce RIGHT

Brian really knows what he’s getting into when you ask him anything about Rolls Royce. I have not been mobile for years so I have an extreme interest in The Phantom. I believe I heard you in the spirit from the northeast. I can't express how important transportation is for me being differently abled.
