I visited this store to ship medicine to a friend in another state. The medicine had to stay cool, so I brought an Igloo Playmate with ice to the store. The clerk let me know that I could send the item using two different methods, and get it there at basically the same time, but one option was considerably cheaper. I took that option, and it got there as scheduled. I realized a week later that I had forgotten the igloo and ice pack at the UPS store. I called, and they had it saved in the back. It's nice to know that everything forgotten is not lost. I will visit this store again! Thanks!

1/2021 Only dropped off a return to Amazon. But they were lightning quick. And with parking right in front. How can I go wrong! Nice staff that I interacted with.

This store has always given Great service and always very accommodating. Not sure about the comment which someone said that the store does not rent a mailbox to a business, we had one setup with a PO box for our small company.
Am always pleased with service and ability to quickly accept Amazon returns. Great location !
This used to be a great store. Not anymore. One star is one too many. I went into this store a few weeks ago, or rather, I tried to go into this store. It's supposed to open at 10 a.m So I waited around until a car dropped the guy off who was supposed to open at around 10:15. I said, "You're supposed to open at 10. The guy, who I later found to be named Jimmy, said, "Well, I'm here now." Wow. This wasn't this first time this has happened with him. So, I am disabled and walk with a walker. I went in and was talking to a guy in line next to me about "the virus". Jimmy swings around and tells me that I "offended him" and to "take my package somewhere else". To avoid a scene, I left after standing nearly half an hour. I went to the Wing Street location in AH, which is fantastic. BUT, this story gets better. My wife called UPS Headquarters to tell them about the incident. Naturally, they were horrified. Not cool to be abusive to someone who is handicapped. She spoke with a woman named Paige, in charge of Customer Relations. Paige was going to contact the owner and told my wife to expect a call in a few days. No call ever came, so my wife called Paige again. Apparently, the owner backed up his employee and approved of the incident. My wife informed Paige that we would NEVER do business with that location again. The owner must not care about customer service, discrimination or anything else we value. We are going to the Wing Street location from now on. I wanted EVERYONE to know what a rat hole this location is. So much for doing business locally.
Came right when it was open at 8am. Jim was extremely nice and helpful. I don't even live in this area but after today This will be my go to place for my UPS needs. Thanks Jim!
