OG Solutions: seemed like a nice enough guy... unfortunately this was by far one of the worst customer service experiences. Not punctual, not courteous to advise that he was running late, came unprepared, spent significantly more time than he should have on a very easy job. He was unprofessional in discussing his arrangement with home advisor and being sour on the payment he received, even though he himself named the price during the estimate. What’s worse is when I let home advisor know and left a much nicer than deserved review, he lied and said that he never did any work for me (I have calls and messages between us and he’s on camera coming and going). I wouldn’t hire this guy again if my life depended on it and I suggest you don’t either.

An absolutely terrible company to work with. I have, personally, heard one of their lead estimators, Joe McHugh, talk about trying to beat down subcontractors on their numbers and lying about what their competition was coming in at and then laugh at the fact that he put people out of business, saying “maybe they should have bid the job a little better”; after they talked him down off an original estimate. Too many corrupt people, at this company, to name.

I ordered the sign for 6292 from them which took them forever (4-6 months to make & deliver while other neighbors had their sign way before who signed lease after me. The issue is after all that they over charged me 692.96 extra without any written or verbal authorization from me and billed my company for it. I have their final invoice, but they have nothing to say. They try to give reason by adding some trip charges for attending some meetings of 692.96. I have all emails and records. Don’t do business with them. They suck in service as well.
