Thrilled that they recycle old monitors for free - great service to provide so I'll be sure to shop here in the future. Wish I'd gotten the name of the young dude who processed my recycling one @ close Wednesday since he was very polite and helpful even at the end of the day.

Came here to fax documents for my college cause mine was broke. They want 1.79 PER PAGE for local numbers & 2.29 PER PAGE for long distance. Absurd pricing for no reason at all. The only paper they use is the confirmation page they give you to pay. And it's 0.80 per page for a color copy and 25 cents per page for a black and white. So it's cheaper for a physical copy but more expensive for a virtual copy. Where is the sense in that? Never again

The managers are terrible. Especially Renee. She has an ENORMOUS additude problem. I've also seen her treat her staff poorly. I feel bad for all those employees who have to deal on a day to day basis. Other than that all the employees are just wonderful. They helped me find what I needed, in a timely matter.

Asked the lady for help in laptops and she called one person who never came yet have so many employees walking around who can’t stop and ask if you need assistance this was a piss poor visit and I’ll never come back
