We place order nearly every week and every week its either we don't get half of what we purchase online or they haven't even started on our order, this place is a joke, the lady that makes the food there is super ruder when you question her where is our order, i understand its a big order but we give you 1 hours to make it and when we come to get it you HAVEN'T EVEN STARTED ON IT... very very disappointed in Panera Bread. If i could i would give them 0 stars.
Excellent food quality! My hubby just wishes they had Reuben sandwich.
